PLEASE NOTE DURING SALE PERIODS, YOUR ORDER MAY TAKE UP TO 48HOURS TO BE PROCESSED. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND SHIPPED, YOUR PARCEL WILL THEN ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY.

RDM delivers using SF Express / Hong Kong Post, and your order will arrive on your doorstep in our signature RDM packaging.

If your order is placed by 12:00pm HKT, we are delighted to offer FREE next business day delivery to all major areas in Hong Kong.*

If your order is placed after 12:00pm HKT, it will be dispatched the following business day.

If your order is placed over the weekend / Hong Kong public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next following business day.

To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.


International Shipping

RDM Store will try our best to dispatch all products ordered within 24 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. If your order is trackable you can check its progress by logging into the link that we sent you in the email.


You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order by RDM. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.


Returns & Exchange

We offer 14 days Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 
14 days for size or colour exchange, or partial refund. All discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Return Instructions:

1. Contact us
Please fill in the 
Onine Return Form within 14 days from the delivery date to request a Return Materiel Authorization (R.M.A). Once you have received the R.M.A from us, please send the item(s) back within 14 days. Click HERE to link to the Online Return Form. 

2. Return for exchange
Returns for colour or size exchange are free.
Exchanging for another style is also possible. Please return the item so it can be refunded, and purchase the new item separately. Unfortunately, initial shipping, tax and duties’ costs cannot be refunded.

3. Return for partial refund
Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage, taxes and packing.

4. Returns must arrive within 14 days from receiving the R.M.A.



*Return terms and conditions

Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.

The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc. Shoes and other accessories that were send with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way, and cannot be used as the external parcel for the shipment. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. RDM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods;

Cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; along with any customs duties that may occur when returning your item.

For hygiene reasons all swimwear, lingerie and hosiery items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they are faulty.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods;

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refundable.  If you are returning an item from outside of Hong Kong, additional duties and taxes may apply. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid in order for us to receive your item. We advise that you contact your chosen postal service provider for further information.


*Incorrect or faulty items

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund. We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, the customer should email info@rdmstore.com upon the same day if they wish to make a return.

Customs and Duties

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
