The visualization of the website RDMSTORE.COM provides Clients with product information and the possibility to purchase merchandise.
Products & ImagesRDM Creative Ltd. declines any responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a Client’s computer or malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original.
Images on RDMSTORE.COM belong to RDM Creative Ltd. and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of RDM Creative Ltd. is forbidden.
It is possible that our vendors may make changes during the production phase or decide not to produce an item.
In the event there is a change to a Pre-Order or Made-to-Order item or an item does not arrive from the vendor, RDMSTORE.COM will contact the you for express approval and either proceed with shipment or cancel the order for a refund.
OrderingRDM Creative Ltd. reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank.
Once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
RDM Creative Ltd. reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
RDM Creative Ltd. reserves the right to decline to process an order and/or offer services to anyone at any time.
No costs which the purchaser would have incurred/ required any tailoring adjustments and/or alterations to the purchased clothing items will be refunded, which will so remain exclusively incumbent on the Client. No exchange or refund can be made for Made-to-Order items and tailoring altered items.
Declination of ResponsibilityRDM Creative Ltd. publishes information on its website RDMSTORE.COM to provide a service to Users, but declines any responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors.
RDM Creative Ltd. also reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the website when necessary without giving prior notice.
RDM Creative Ltd. does not offer any guaranty that the information published on its own website, is in conformity with the laws of the User’s competent jurisdiction.
