Can I return/exchange my order?

RDMSTORE.COM offers 14 days Satisfaction Guarantee (Except for items marked as "No Return"). If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.

The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of its packagings, labels and accessories.

You can arrange return or to change the item(s) once per order. We will arrange an exchange within 7 working days after we have received the returned goods. The replacements will no longer be returned or exchanged. If the item is found to be out of stock, we will make a return arrangement for you.

You may expect to receive your Store Credit refund within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.


How do I return my order?

  • Visit our RETURNS CENTRE and follow the instructions.
  • Wait for a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
  • Be sure to protect the products by packing them in their original packaging.
  • Bring item(s) back to any of our stores or ship with any carrier of your choice at your own cost. (Return address : 1101, 11/F, Liven House, 61-63 King Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.)
  • If successful, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your return. Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.

  • *Please send us your returned item(s) via tracked courier as we will not be liable for any lost deliveries.


    Can I return/exchange sale items?

    Sale items can be returned but cannot be exchanged. You'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.


    Can I return/exchange an item purchased using a promo code?

    Items in orders made with promo codes can be returned/exchanged unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions. You'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.

    Return Conditions

    The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

    Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

    Items must be returned in perfect condition, without any damage, scratches or dents.

    Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.

    If purchasing a large quantity of the same item, we suggest contacting our Customer Service department directly, and they will send a sample to aid in deciding the correct quantity that needs to be purchased.

    Returns must be packaged in the RDMSTORE.COM box.

    In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. RDMSTORE.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

    Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, bras, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the Client.

    In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or payment of any fees, RDMSTORE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.

    RDMSTORE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.

    In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the client will need to pay for an extra shipping fee or the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

    If an unauthorized return is accepted, RDMSTORE.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

    For any issue not explicitly mentioned, RDMSTORE.COM reserves all the right of the final decision.


    Do store credits have an expiry date?

    Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date and time of issue. If you have not used it within 12 months, the balance will be cancelled.
