In-store exchange regulations
(Only applies on physical store )
1. Products can be exchanged within 14 days after purchase if there is a quality problem. however discounted item cannot be exchanged or returned.
2. Effective receipt is needed for product exchange.
3. Refund policy is not available.
4. each receipt can only be used for exchange ONCE.
5. The product have to be in clean and new condition, internal tags must be intact and include complete packaging.
6. For hygiene reasons all swimwear, lingerie, Earrings, hosiery, tailor made item and altered item are non-exchangeable.
7. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original one.
